In conclusion, fad diets are unhealthy and you usually just end of gaining the weight back when you are done. I would recommend losing the weight naturally and stop wasting money on these silly diets that claim to lose 40 pounds in a week. Most importantly, remember there is a serious danger of fad dieting, which can even be fatal.
